With Niche Monkeys, owning a new, modern, and fully responsive website is possible in just 10 easy steps.

Step 1: Billing

First step in the process is the payment. All payments are made upfront at the begging of the process. You will also be asked to sign the 12 month maintenance and hosting contract at either $100/mo. or $350/mo (depending on the ongoing package you decide to go with).

Step 2: Design Brief

After Payment has been made we will send you a link to our design brief. The information provided in this brief will help us grasp an overall feel for who you are as a business and what we can do to improve your online presence. We will also schedule a time with you that works best for the welcome call.

Step 3: The welcome call

During the welcome call we will review the design brief together and go over our suggested strategy for your design and overall website. We will also go over any assets needed from your company to complete the website.

Step 4: The Design.

After we have received all necessary assets for the design, one of our professional designers will immediately begin designing your new website using all the information that was provided in your design brief and the welcome call. They will use layouts from example sites you’ve provided, color schemes you like, images, and many other things in order to create a unique masterpiece for your business. You should expect this process to take between 3-5 business days.

Step 5: Design Approval

As soon as the designer has completed the mockup of your site, you will have a chance to review the site and provide some feedback on the design. (Depending on the package you purchase, you will get 1-3 rounds of design revisions). This is a critical time to make any changes that you want because the site is yet to be built.

Step 6: The Build

Now that you have approved your mockup design, our developers will begin coding your fully functional and responsive website to look just how it was designed. You should expect the build to take 3-5 business days.

Step 7. Soft Launch

When the build is complete, your representative will reach out to you and do what is called a soft launch. Since we build your site on a temporary URL, your representative will have to send you the temp url so you can visit the completed build and check for any irregularities before we officially launch your site.

Step 8: Website Launch

As soon as you have approved the finished product, we will launch your new site to the url that you’ve chosen and we will then prep it with final finishes for SEO purposes. In total the time spent from soft launch and website launch would be between 3-5 business days.

Step 9: Triple Check

Triple check the website and make sure we aren’t missing any information or let us know of any last minute additions you’d like to make to the website. After this stage, you will be charged hourly for any changes or updates to the website (unless you are on our $350/mo. plan).

Step 10: Maintenance

At the time of your purchase, you signed up for one year of maintenance and hosting. Each customer that signs a 12 month hosting contract. We will continue to maintain your website, insure it is up to date, run security checks, and daily backups. If you need any changes we are available to help.
